Breakthrough

Solutions

Emotional

Intelligence &

Universal

Skills

At Oji Life Lab, everything starts with our passion to help people develop the emotional intelligence they need to thrive at work and
in life.

Our goal is to help every workplace develop a culture that acknowledges the powerful impact that emotions have on leadership, teamwork and performance, and that gives each employee the tools needed to recognize and regulate their emotions.

As EI takes root, individuals and teams are naturally drawn to learn more about the Universal Skills that fuel performance, and so we work in those areas, too, supporting larger organizational goals and building on our EI foundation.

History

Working separately and together, our Team has worked with top firms (New York Times, Time Inc., Johnson and Johnson, GoPro), educational institutions (Yale University, NYC Department of Education) and more. As demand for emotional intelligence learning surged amongst corporations, we formed Oji Life Lab to better meet the varying – and growing – EI needs of organizations of all types.
