While it would be incredibly easy to measure the impact of learning simply in numbers, the reality is that we often get the best insights by going beyond the data.  Specifically, what this means is that quantitative results only tell half of the story.  This is why at Oji Life Lab, we take a holistic approach to showing impact through our unique Proof of Impact reporting.

When creating a Proof of Impact report, we always begin with the end in mind.  We look to tie the data we've collected back to your goals and specifically what you'd identified as wanting to be different at the conclusion of our engagement.  Sure, we give you metrics like how many people completed the program.  But we dig deep into the qualitative data that comes from learner stories and the commentary of cohort check-ins and team labs.

We also will work with you on customizing an end of program survey.  Through this survey we ask the typical Net Promoter Score (NPS) type questions such as:

Do you recommend Oji Life Lab to your colleagues?

Do you recommend Oji Life Lab to managers or leaders within your organization?

The other questions that we ask will be developed in collaboration with you.  Our ask is that you help us by encouraging learners to participate in the survey, as it gives us richer data to show impact.  To make this easy for you, we've created this customizable template.

You know your learners best, so we welcome and encourage you to tailor this wording in a way that will yield the best participation.  For more information on customizing your post-program survey, contact your Oji Customer Success Manager.
