With Oji Emotions being cohort based, we want to ensure that all learners feel supported. The midpoint check-in is a perfect opportunity for us to touch base with learners to see how the content has landed and have an open discussion with colleagues in their cohort.

Generally, we recommend that learners reach step 23, or the end of level 4 by the time the midpoint check-in takes place. By now, they will have gotten familiar with the mood meter and developing regulation strategies. If they've elected to do so, they've received feedback from the emotion snapshot.

To make your job as program coordinator even easier, check out this pre-midpoint email template. We encourage you to send this to your cohort approximately one week before the session takes place. We welcome and encourage you to tailor the wording to the tone of your organization and to highlight any specific program requirements.
